sacred sundays

Moderate / Challenging
This class typically includes more time practicing breathwork and relishing the yoga ~ whether it's slow and thoughtful, or more swift and energetic. Class is never the same twice, and is always flavored by a poem, a pick of an oracle card, the moon cycle or an inspiring message.

tuesday/thursday AM wakeup

Moderate / Challenging
These 9am classes really give the body the time it needs to wake and warm up for the poses to follow. Plenty of suggestions for modifications are offered throughout. Requests often inspire the direction and emphasis throughout.

tuesday PM wind down

friday yoga on the floor

Moderate
This 1 hour class is a great way to downshift the day for some valuable "you" time on the mat. Generally, the class is less challenging than the tue/thur morning classes, and is often inspired by a group desire or suggestion.

Gentle
This has become the most popular class of the week. It's a great practice for really taking time to listen to your body's needs and respond with love. Often inspired by the poetry of Hafiz, this class is a wonderful way to start the weekend and still have plenty of energy to take on the day.
