Join Karen for this mixed level, comprehensive class to wind down your Tuesday. You'll get a nugget of heart inspiration, engage classic yoga poses, work the legs, employ better breathing, de-tangle the hips & shoulders and move the spine in all its natural ways. The end of class will include some combination of breath work, visualization and/or sound healing with the singing bowls.
