Can energy work help you?
The short answer is YES.

Energy work takes you deeper into a peaceful state which is where the healing can actually happen.
How does it work?
I act as an energetic conduit to both yours and my higher guidance to provide information that will support your intention and your very highest good. I will utilize a few techniques such as IQM (Integrative Quantum Medicine™), Oneness Blessing Deeksha, Intuition and/or a Chakra Connection.
The process is hands-free and may be done on Zoom.
What can I expect?
You fill me in about what's going on, then I guide you through a meditation to ground, connect and set your intention. After that, you'll find a comfortable place to lie down and rest for the remainder of the session, which is typically silent.
Once the session is complete, we'll share anything about the experience, determine if any "homework" needs to be given, and sign off. I highly recommend clearing your calendar for a few hours afterward so you can integrate and appreciate the shifts taking place.
